This letter is to outline the amazing accomplishments of Warren Whitaker. At age 47, he achieved what most men only dream or fantasize about- entering a bodybuilding show.
On July 16, 2005, Warren, after intense training and discipline, walked out on a brightly lit stage in next to his posing trunks in front of judges and a crowd of complete strangers. What is most amazing is that Warren has not always looked this way, but rather quite the opposite. Until fairly recently, Warren was out of shape, barley able to ascend a set of stairs and was an avid smoker.
With the help of his inspiration and personal trainer Silas Gold, and Golden Images he was able to achieve his biggest dream. This transformation that started three years ago, culminated at the 2005 Southeastern Champion bodybuilding show. Because of his job, Warren works over 50 hours a week, but still manages to squeeze in his workouts.
Warren’s routine consists of cardiovascular and weight training 6 days a week. He devotes a great deal of time preparing his food and planning his meals during the busy week.

Dear Golden Images,
Many times in life there are people who have fallen and struggle for others to pick them up. They watch as people pass by and nobody even glances at them as if they do not exist. It is these selfish people who need something greater than the fulfillment of helping others, before they will have anything to do with them.
Then there are people who are late for work, or on their way home to there families for dinner that stop immediately to help. They pick the person up and with a smile and ask if they are ok!! Then with a simple thank you and your welcome, they are on their way.
Silas Gold is this type of person. There have been many my life who have been mentors to me and helped me to achieve success. Silas Gold has been by far the best. The fact that you didn’t know anything about me and treated me like a brother right from the start was an act of true character and respect. You have been an incredible motivation for me. It was truly amazing to meet someone so dedicated and positive. The greatest thing about you as a person is that you are so down to earth and never act as if your better then anyone. Your patience with all of your clients is incredible. You have instilled a winner’s attitude in me that I will always have. You have taken time out of your busy schedule to make sure that I am on track with everything you taught me. Not many people take the pride you do checking up on people.
As a direct result of your sacrifices for me, I have started to achieve things that I have always wanted to do in the gym. Silas Gold you are not just a personal trainer but a motivator, giver and a friend. I have been blessed by the lord for the nice things that you have given me in life.
The biggest motivation you have given me is the quote that I hear everyday from you
“ Rome Was not built in a day”. It really helps me through those tuff workouts and days I feel lazy.
Silas Gold don’t ever change being the person and motivator you are, keep that fire burning and always strive for the best, I hope this motivates others to follow in your shadow.
Most of all I just want to say Thanks....
Kenneth Carl Hekhuis
