Total Loss: 45 lbs

When I met my husband five years ago I was 130 pounds.  I never believed I could gain the amount of weight I did over the last five years.  I don’t have children and my job is very demanding.  Making time for diet and exercise seemed out of the question.  Once I hit 190 pounds, I tried the “easy way out” with other nutrition plans and organizations that claimed to have the best weight loss tips.  I did lose 10 pounds, but it took a year and I struggled every day.  When I saw myself in photos after a trip to the beach, I realized I needed to do something about my weight.  With an appropriate nutrition plan, a six day a week workout plan, and the use of Lean Tabs, I reached my goal.  I had to keep telling myself, “You didn’t gain this weight overnight, don’t expect to lose it overnight either.”  I lost 20 pounds in four months on my own.  After a few weeks of not losing anything, and still eating and exercising properly, I decided to try the Lean Tabs, and I was able to lose the rest of my weight within the next four months.  It’s amazing how much better I feel now that the weight is off.  I feel healthy and confident (which is something I haven’t felt in at least four years).  Thanks, Silas, for your help in achieving my goal.  I’m not done yet…now that the weight is gone it’s time to tone some muscles.
